roasted brussel sprouts
Recipe
In cold cast iron or enamel skillet, toss brussel sprouts in olive oil to coat.
Roast sprouts at 425 F for 1 hour.
Remove sprouts from oven, pour sriracha, fish sauce, and lemon juice on sprouts and stir to combine.
Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed
olive oil
1 tsp siracha (red or yellow)
1 tbsp fish sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
