Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.

  2. Rest 30 minutes.

  3. Stir with spatula for 5 minutes.

  4. Rest 1.5 hours.

  5. Stir with spatula for 5 minutes.

  6. Rest 1.5 hours.

  7. Heat cast iron skillet at 500 F for 30 minutes.

  8. Punch down dough. Pour dough into skillet and bake for 30-40 minutes.

  9. Turn bread out onto wood cutting board. Try to wait 2 hours before cutting.
